&lt;p class="p1"&gt;When musicians become famous, often it is Steffi Kim from Berlin who is smiling behind the scenes. Her communication makes good artists great, reveals talents and gives artists the merited stage where they can step out in front of the curtain. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;We created a logo that tells this story of going on stage and that at the same time is reduced to the max: There is no redundancy in letters – “K” and “M” are divided to create together one whole. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Hot foil stamped on a two faced black and white card it gives Steffi the right impact – when she is working behind the scenes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="p1"&gt;The Deutsche Bank wants to reinvent itself – including slogan. The Financial Times Germany asked Creatives about their recommendations. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;We found: The current slogan of the Deutsche Bank “Leistung aus Leidenschaft – passion to perform” is too generic. It could stand for any industry. The Deutsche Bank refers exclusively to itself without involving the client. The bank celebrates itself, appears inapproachable. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our proposition: “Value your future”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;It’s time to look forward and shape the future together. Our slogan focuses on financial, social and individual values: a positive future as our collective goal. The new slogan addresses directly the client. It reassures and encourages to take action. People want a bank that focuses on them and supports a new society. Our vision of a new Deutsche Bank: a bank that has learnt from it’s mistakes and commits itself to sustainable values.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Our Instagram summer contest is about to close and we look back to a wonderful month of creative input by students and alumni of the ESADE Business and Law Schools. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;But let’s start from the beginning:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;We were given the task by &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/ESADEAlumniInternational" target="_blank"&gt;ESADE ALUMNI International&lt;/a&gt; of the &lt;a href="http://www.esade.edu/" target="_blank"&gt;ESADE Business and Law Schools in Barcelona, Spain&lt;/a&gt; to create the new annual brochures for alumni abroad and students in international programmes. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How can a school represent and engage best their students?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We were asking ourselves who can tell the ESADE story best than its students? Why use stock material? Or photos made by a photographer who can’t grasp the spirit?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;So we set up an Instagram campaign: &lt;a href="http://www.shootyourestory.com/home/" target="_blank"&gt;SHOOT YOUR E-STORY!&lt;/a&gt; By hash tagging their Instagram pictures with #esadestory students can tell their very personal view of what ESADE means to them and make their friends vote via FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The contest has been a success:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;- more than 1.000 visitors&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;- from 58 states all over the world&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;- around 140 photos submitted&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;- more than 10.000 LIKES&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Now we put ourselves to work on the brochures and hope to create something meaningful that best represents the ESADE international family.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Every brand has to find its very own way to address its targets or in todays world “friends”. Still there are overall developments every brand needs to reflect upon, no matter if small or large, if selling a service or a product.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Here are five musts for future brands I believe are fundamental:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Be adaptable&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The online platforms are getting smarter. For now we wonder how facebook, google, amazon and others know so well what to reccomend us. We complain about our privacy and it is a good yet futile battle. Soon we will complain when companies don’t offer us exactly the product or service we want – right in time when it first comes to our minds.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Consumer data will be available on a larger scale. We will be okay with it and soon become demanding once we have experienced all the comforting benefits this uncomforting situation can give us. Brands must become highly adaptable in responding to our needs: amazingly creative in the design and communication they offer us to experience, smart in interpreting our online data and quick in implementing enhancements before we get annoyed and opt for the competitor.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.  Be available and transparent&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;And we want all the good stuff. We want all the promises fulfilled to our very own good. Brands must serve us and provide easy-to-access information about all brand matters. Smart brands have already discovered that being a servant can be highly profitable. Yet there is a chance here for responsible and sustainable brand communication and I believe that more and more brands rise to the occasion to be educative and socially constructive. Something by the way our politicians have missed out in the last bank dominated years and are still missing out being the puppets of the financial industry.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;3. Create first access, then ownership&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Being online is already part of our every day lives and soon will be inseparable from us. We will be connected 24/7 to family, friends, brands. We will see how owning stuff just doesn’t make us happy: doing is much more fulfilling than having. Yes, there are those few gadgets, that’s for sure, and my life would be different without Apple products and my bycicle. Yet it is when a brand manages to balance between giving access and selling that it can establish a strong and long lasting consumer-brand relationship.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Tell a story &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We all like stories, telling them and listening to them. That’s how we learnt about life when we were kids, that’ how we share experiences we make. When grandpa made those stories amazingly colorful and linked them to our lives we were listeners with big big eyes. Then we told our best friends adopting the story as our own. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;With media being social and words and images spreading over the world within seconds brands need to tell stories we can identify with. Stories that are emotionally engaging and entertaining. This is how we can make the brands story our own story and let our friends participate.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Inspire&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Imagine: brands adapt to your needs while giving you full transparency of a greater perspective, serve for your good, provide you the possibilty to experience life and to link their story to yours. I believe it’s all in the consumers hands to inspire (or force!) brands for the better! Webdesign is in...</title><description>&lt;img src="http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8hw7eKtGP1rwqvpso1_500.png"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OMG IT’S MOVING! &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AND IT LOOKS SO GOOD.&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Webdesign is in constant evolution, changing so fast that sometimes it is hard to keep track. So fast that you wouldn’t want to show a website you designed 2 years ago to your boss or friends! Why? Because we’re constantly getting used to other UI, other screens, and to other structures of navigation! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The whole world is spending increasing time on Internet, but accessing it through the APP world rather than the web. Uncle Steve got us used to full screen applications, animations and a higher interaction. And the web is trying to catch up! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;And finally, here come CSS animations. CSS animations are made by adding some code lines to the existing CSS. And they’re so simple! To make a better design I always try to improve and keep my coding skill updated, and the very first moment I found out about css animation, I knew I was in love! No more javascript or flash, just simple CSS, you really don’t need anything else. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, you can find great tutorials and ready-made codes for your website and the trick is done! Customization is really easy and intuitive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is the real breakthrough for a designer. You can present your clickdummy, your APP with all the animations that look almost real, with just a couple extra working hours! Below you can find some of the links that inspired me and helped me to understand better CSS animation:&lt;/p&gt;
